Authority & Responsibility go hand-in-hand, and recognizing this golden principle of management, we believe in delegating authority to the workforce, as far as it concerns the task on hand, making them aware of the responsibility attached to it. We do not engage in a hierarchical structure, and our juniors are free to interact and gain from the wide experience of the partners / seniors.
